		<description>I found this video very helpful.  Although it seems like common sense, I didn&#039;t think to do these steps, and I was unaware of the tools available on the suggested sites.  Also, another obvious point that hadn&#039;t occurred to me is to follow the top blogs in my industry.  Sometimes we need to have the &quot;obvious&quot; stated to sink in and prompt action.
